The Rhizobium plays a great role in fixation of nitrogen with the help of leguminous plants by symbiotic association. The present paper gives an idea of the Biodiversity of Rhizobium species from Marathwada region of Maharashtra state. The study is important as Marathwada region is an area with uncertain range and drought. The study includes identification of Rhizobium strains only, further investigation of identification of species is under way.
